So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Ballarat. We spent 2 nights in queen room. Employees were affable and helpfull. In addition, free Wi-Fi was handy. Loved it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the value for money was excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the rooms were clean and tidy, with basic amenities and a lovely view of the central garden. Bonus points for the included breakfast!

I can honestly say that there wasn't a single thing I could fault about this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the attentive staff to the comfortable rooms.

Room was in need of desperate repair, cracked/gross shower, water was getting behind shower screen making it mouldy, towel rack on sink broken, screw in switch for air con - looked poor, missing switch - hole in switchboard next to bed, looks poor, curtains very musty and stale - needed a good wash. Cups and glasses dirty with coffee stains and hair in coffee cup. Kettle - Gross. Looked in the kettle to fill it up, it had scum in the bottom, obviously hadnt been cleaned for a very long time.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Unusual to find all staff so happy. Rooms amazing- spa room

The room at Bell Tower Inn was spacious and comfortable, with a neat little kitchen that was perfect for making snacks. The staff responded enthusiastically to my special dietary needs, and the friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with a great restaurant just a short walk away. It was in a quiet area just outside of town, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The view from our window was breathtaking, giving us a peaceful start to our days. We loved the pet-friendly accommodation, and our furry friend enjoyed her stay too.

The lighting outside of the room was a bit too bright, which made it difficult to sleep.

I was running late and the staff stayed until I arrived. I received a phone call to confirm I was still on my way and better directions to find them. My breakfast was organised and my room was brilliant.

Had a great thanksgiving stay at a cozy hotel. the beds were so comfy and the rooms were toasty warm, which was perfect for the chilly evening. the staff was super friendly and offered us some complimentary snacks and hot beverages on arrival. the location was just right - close enough to all the attractions and yet away from the hustle-bustle of the city. the pool was a great spot for some relaxation and provided much-needed respite from the heat.

the bathroom could have been better maintained as we faced a few issues with the shower. Despite this, we did have a comfortable stay.
